Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and productivity
Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency
Monitor and analyze flow metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity, to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira and Lucidchart to manage workflows and visualize project progress
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications and HR Reporting projects
Provide leadership in resolving roadblocks and dependencies to maintain project momentum
Ensure transparency in communication across teams and stakeholders
Promote a culture of accountability and adaptability within the teams
Qualification
Required
5 years professional Scrum Master experience, preferably those that can help transform normal SDLC methodology into Scrum SDLC form
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a production-focused environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Atlassian Jira and Lucidchart
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, including burndown charts and velocity tracking
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications and reporting processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and resolve project roadblocks effectively
