Senior Portfolio Manager

Neighborhood Community Management is dedicated to building community and values integrity, teamwork, and compassion. They are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to supervise day-to-day operations, manage resident relations, and work directly with the Board of Directors to establish goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage resident relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, etc
Monitor community activities: hear complaints from homeowners, investigate, and resolve issues
Respond to letters and log calls from owners
Secure estimates, schedule, track, record, and implement all maintenance and repairs
Perform routine inspections in various local communities and create communication letters to homeowners
Assist & guide the Board of Directors in establishing goals and objectives, policy enforcement, community governing, budget planning/forecasting, and adherence to ethical standards
Prepare agenda & board packet for monthly meeting. Attend monthly meetings
Represents the company in a professional manner at all the times:
Be an ambassador for the company’s culture and values
Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Qualification

Required

at least 2 years of industry experience
must have or be working toward a certification in Community Management
tactfully communicate questions, ideas, and concerns to others
ability to facilitate a meeting with strong leadership abilities and a comfort with public speaking
high level of organizational and prioritization skills
exceptional listener, patient communicator & an excellent problem solver
willingness to build strong long term relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors and colleagues
strong follow up skills
honest, responsible, optimistic and has an enjoyable demeanor
must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy
use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
