Program and Compliance Coordinator
Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition (ECRJC) is a community organization dedicated to promoting Restorative Justice practices throughout Erie County. They are seeking a full-time Program and Compliance Coordinator to support restorative justice initiatives, balancing hands-on facilitation with administrative tasks to ensure compliance and program growth.

Responsibilities
Supporting grant writing, reporting, and funder communication
Ensuring compliance with grant and contract requirements and maintaining accurate documentation
Coordinating with leadership and finance on claims for payment and reporting
Facilitating restorative practices trainings, including circles and community conferencing
Coaching and consulting with site teams, coordinators, and community partners
Supporting prevention, intervention, and re-entry initiatives
Collecting, managing, and analyzing program and outcome data
Contributing to program impact and narrative reports
Participating in organizational training and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Has a bachelor's degree and experience in a related field
Has worked in areas such as youth development, education, criminal or juvenile justice, social or human services, community-based programs, nonprofit program coordination, or grant-funded initiatives
Is comfortable exercising independent judgment and managing multiple priorities
Builds trust with diverse stakeholders and handles sensitive information with integrity
Is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in written communication
Is adaptable, self-regulated, and comfortable in high-impact environments
Preferred
Has a master's degree
Is bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with restorative practices is recommended, but training is provided
