Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)
Cloudpso is seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to drive outbound outreach and support B2B SaaS sales efforts. This role will play a key part in shaping lead generation programs and working closely with sales and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
Create, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting B2B SaaS prospects
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and outreach strategies, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity audiences
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, replies) and continuously optimize results
Assist in segmenting contact lists and personalizing outreach at scale
Manage and maintain lead pipelines within HubSpot
Ensure accurate lead status tracking and timely follow-ups
Coordinate closely with sales teams to align lead priorities and next steps
Take initiative in building and leading lead generation programs from scratch
Be comfortable experimenting with and adopting new AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and reporting
Support ongoing improvements to outbound processes and workflows
Assist with LinkedIn outreach and other social platforms for B2B lead generation
Repurpose marketing content (posts, announcements, campaigns) to support outbound efforts
Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and pipeline health
Work closely with sales teams during California (PST) business hours to ensure aligned execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation and email marketing
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Comfort using and learning AI-powered tools for marketing and lead generation
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work US PST business hours
Preferred
Prior exposure to B2B cybersecurity marketing is highly preferred
