InternThe Lowell Spinners are a collegiate summer baseball team seeking a Live Content Intern to create engaging digital content during their 2026 season. The intern will be responsible for producing live game updates and short-form content while connecting with players and collaborating with the video team.

Responsibilities
Produce and publish live game updates and commentary (especially for Instagram stories)
Create short-form content for TikTok/IG with strong awareness of trends and pacing
Capture off-field/player-focused moments and build authentic rapport with players
Coordinate with the video team on larger productions, and provide raw footage and support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong on-camera presence; confident, personable, and comfortable improvising live
Availability for all home games throughout the season, with a willingness to travel for road trips and overnights
Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish content on a smartphone
Deep fluency with TikTok/IG/X and what performs on each platform
Reliable, self-directed, and able to produce continuously under real-time pressure
Familiarity with baseball culture/rules
Preferred
Broadcast, journalism, communications, sports media, or related major/background
Prior experience in sideline reporting / on-camera hosting / play-by-play adjacent content
Experience covering live sports (college, summer league, high school, minor league, etc.)
Strong editing instincts in fast tools (CapCut, native TikTok/IG editing)
Comfort building quick storylines: hooks, captions, voiceover, etc
