Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales presentations with professionalism and confidence
Represent partner brands with integrity and accuracy
Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective customers
Identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions
Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Track results and participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve performance and execution
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in face-to-face interactions and public speaking
Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently outdoors for extended periods
Coachable with a willingness to learn proven sales systems
Entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Prior door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
