Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple inventory and point of sale systems
Track inventory movement including purchases, redemptions, breakage, and expirations
Build, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets for inventory reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure inventory levels align with sales volume, partner commitments, and financial targets
Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve issues quickly and accurately
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to confirm inventory availability and usage
Support month end and quarter end reporting, audits, and reconciliations
Create clear documentation and processes to support scale and operational efficiency
Communicate inventory status, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in inventory management, operations, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Experience working with point of sale or inventory management systems
Strong math and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
Preferred
Experience with gift cards, vouchers, digital inventory, or e commerce is a plus
