The Concrete Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete projects, ensuring quality and compliance while optimizing logistics in the field.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and place ready-mix concrete orders per approved quantities and schedules
Support and attend city and jurisdiction inspections
Assist with inspection preparation and site walk-throughs
Communicate clearly with field crews, inspectors, and leadership
Support daily field logistics and coordination
Document work with photos and basic reports for compliance and records
Identify issues early and escalate them appropriately
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior field experience in commercial concrete, civil construction, or similar scopes
Ability to read and understand construction drawings, including site plans, concrete details, and basic civil layouts
Working knowledge of concrete operations, including: ready-mix ordering, placement sequencing, curing considerations, common inspection requirements
Familiarity with field verification and inspection processes
Comfortable working on active construction sites and around crews
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee all aspects of project execution
Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure project timelines are met
Experience in conducting Inspections and maintaining compliance with project standards
Demonstrated capability in Logistics Management and coordination of project resources
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under tight timelines in high-demand environments
Preferred
Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related education
Experience coordinating concrete pours or inspections
Exposure to commercial or civil construction projects
Familiarity with jobsite documentation, photos, and reporting
