Sales Operations and Account Coordinator
Modular Industrial Computers Inc. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Operations and Account Coordinator. This role supports daily sales activity, customer communication, and internal process continuity, with a clearly defined growth path into an Account Manager role.
Computer Hardware Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Support account management through quoting, order updates, and CRM activity
Assist inside and outside sales with lead follow-up, documentation, and daily workflows
Learn and document internal processes to ensure business continuity
Communicate with customers on quotes, order status, and product info
Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented and willing to learn technical products
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Must work full‑time on‑site in Chattanooga
Preferred
CRM experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
1–3 years of inside sales, outside sales, customer service, or sales coordination experience preferred
