Ironhorse Investments & Estate Planning is seeking a Licensed Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver exceptional, relationship-driven service to our clients. Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day service support for Financial Advisors and advisory teams
Build trusted relationships with clients through regular, professional communication
Execute money movement requests at the direction of the client and/or advisor
Respond to general non-investment client inquiries, including account balances, positions, and transaction status
Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance by collecting required documentation and pre-filling forms in a clerical capacity
Update and maintain client profile information (e.g., investment objectives, risk tolerance) as directed
Educate and assist clients with digital tools (e.g., client portals, eSign, eAuthorization)
Accept or enter unsolicited and solicited trade orders in a clerical capacity under advisor direction
Support advisor marketing initiatives (e.g., website updates, client communications, events)
Remain current on firm policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and technology platforms
Participate in firm initiatives, training programs, special projects, and ongoing professional development
Answer inbound calls and place outbound service follow-up calls
Manage advisor calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas
Prepare and send meeting invites (Zoom or in-person) and supporting materials
Assist with general office operations such as scanning, filing, document management, and recordkeeping
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports as needed
Ensure timely follow-through on service requests to support a high-touch client experience

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Active Series 7 OR Series 66 OR Series 63 & Series 65
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Client-first mindset with a high standard for service and professionalism
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who values accountability and shared success
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change

Preferred

College degree preferred
Two or more years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
Working knowledge of financial products including equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
