In this role, you will support senior Customer Success Managers in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving product adoption while contributing to customer retention and expansion efforts.

Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of customers alongside senior CSMs
Assist with onboarding activities, training coordination, and follow-up
Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics and flag trends or risks
Help prepare customer reports, success plans, and meeting materials
Respond to customer questions and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution
Contribute to adoption and engagement initiatives
Document customer insights and feedback to share internally
Learn to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, support, or account coordination role
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus
