Responsibilities
Execute against a defined creative vision for collaborations, partnerships, and seasonal concepts
Translate creative direction into compelling apparel product designs
Drive design development from early concepting through prototyping and final execution
Partner with senior designers to push ideas further and maintain creative intent
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and external partners
Explore new materials, silhouettes, graphics, and construction techniques to support innovation
Create and support technical packages for ongoing workstreams
Present work clearly, articulating design rationale, cultural insights, and execution decisions
Manage design presentations while ensuring alignment with timelines, standards, and operational needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in cut-and-sew pattern design
Strong experience creating and updating tech packs, including manufacturer communication
Ability to revise existing designs and enhance them with fresh creative ideas
Portfolio mandatory: Broad range of design styles and categories
Strong focus on lifestyle apparel for sports
Preferred
Experience in graphic design for apparel
Background in color and materials design
Experience designing men's and women's lifestyle apparel within the apparel industry
