Responsibilities
Coordinate communication, priorities, and timelines across the customer team, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Translate customer needs and jobsite insights into clear technical requirements for designers, engineers, and modelers
Direct architectural modelers and engineering consultants, reviewing work for accuracy and alignment with original design intent
Navigate and review BIM models (primarily Revit) to validate system integration and identify conflicts
Lead MEP and structural coordination to ensure systems are accurately represented and buildable
Capture feedback from installation and construction teams and convert it into design and documentation improvements for future homes
Drive the full sign-off process with engineers, clients, production, and product teams
Establish standards, workflows, and coordination processes that reduce errors and shorten drawing and model turnaround times
Qualification
Required
Proactive, decisive, and comfortable giving clear direction to teammates, clients, and consultants
Strong technical foundation, including Revit proficiency and a working understanding of MEP and structural coordination
Project management mindset with the ability to run multiple workstreams and keep information flowing across internal and external teams
Continuous-improvement orientation: you challenge how work is delivered and look for ways to strengthen Haven's product and process
Detail-driven and rigorous, with strong quality control instincts for drawings and models
Clear communicator in writing and verbally, able to simplify complexity and set expectations
Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented, effective across teams distributed across the country
