Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth in deposits, loans, fees, and other bank products by deepening relationships with existing clients and developing new business
Develop and maintain relationships with key centers of influence within the marketplace while promoting the Bank's brand
Serve as the primary relationship manager with a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business and financial needs
Negotiate and underwrite commercial loan transactions, balancing client objectives with the Bank’s risk appetite, growth strategy, and earnings goals
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers and credit analysts to enhance their credit skills, client engagement capabilities, and professional development
Partner with internal teams to underwrite more complex lending opportunities, ensuring strong credit quality and portfolio performance
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience in commercial lending
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree a plus
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
Proven track record in developing, managing, and growing middle-market commercial loan portfolios
Highly developed customer focus, interpersonal effectiveness, and organizational skills
