Responsibilities

Developing and executing an overall social media and marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and ticket sales
Creating and publishing 2 high-quality pieces of content per day across platforms
Curating and posting engaging clips from relevant podcasts and creators in the podcasting space
Creating educational content (facts, stats, trends, and insights) that highlights the importance of podcasting in today’s culture, personally and professionally
Repurposing content from previous Podcast Summit conferences, including: Keynotes, Panels, Fireside chats, Recaps, highlight clips, and promotional assets
Developing and executing a lead capture strategy (email signups, funnels, CTAs, etc.)
Creating and managing paid ads to support audience growth and ticket sales
Tracking, measuring, and reporting on: Audience growth, Engagement, Lead performance, Conversions and ticket sales

Required

Care about aesthetics and performance metrics

Preferred

Have experience marketing events, conferences, or live experiences
Have worked in podcasting, media, or creator-led brands
Can show examples of accounts you've grown or campaigns you've led
