Own features end-to-end — from idea to production
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
Identify and fix performance and reliability bottlenecks
Work closely with product and ops to ship pragmatically, not perfectly
Qualification
Required
8-10+ years of hands-on engineering experience
Strong depth in Python/Go and TypeScript/JS
Experience building and scaling production systems
Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
Clear communicator, low ego, high ownership
Able to juggle priorities without hand-holding
Preferred
Experience with AWS, infra, or performance optimisation
Strong opinions on system design (and the ability to defend them)
Side projects or open-source work you're proud of
