Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture
Several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) contributing to projects across multiple phases, from early design through construction
Strong proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling tools (such as Rhino or SketchUp), along with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants
Ability to manage time and deliverables independently while remaining communicative and collaborative
Strong design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods
Experience with adaptive reuse, mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects
