Responsibilities

Own project priorities in alignment with product goals, and oversee allocation of resources within the project

Partner closely with the Labs Gen Media and AI Gaming leads, Program Manager (PM), UX, and Engineers across the product life-cycle

Design, lead and execute research studies, along or in collaboration with other UX researchers

Stay on the forefront of AI products through daily tool use and experimentation. Consistently cultivate an informed Point of View (POV) on how technical capability will line up with user need

Provide actionable insights that directly influence product strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar

Experience in the AI gaming or media space

Product research experience with 0-to-1 product development

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field

7 years of experience working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above)

5 years of experience managing projects, and working in a matrixed organization

Experience leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis techniques in disciplinary environments

Experience with, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies

Startup experience with passion for working with emerging products
