Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective and existing clients during pre-sales
Manage and respond to inbound leads, conducting technical discovery calls and solution workshops
Translate business requirements into Shopify / Shopify Plus technical solutions
Advise on platform architecture, apps, integrations, themes, custom development, and migrations
Support sales by creating technical proposals, scopes of work, estimates, and solution documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus
Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Pre-Sales role
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with agency clients or ecommerce brands
Comfortable running discovery calls and leading technical conversations
