Technical Account Manager
Element Six is looking to add a Technical Account Manager within the US. In this role, you'll guide clients through the successful adoption and use of a market-leading smart building operating system, ensuring value delivery across integrated smart building technologies.
Responsibilities
Guide the organization's clients through the successful adoption and use of its market-leading smart building operating system
Work with multiple clients, client stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption & utilization of my client's SaaS solutions
Drive quantifiable benefits and value delivery across a comprehensive suite of integrated smart building technologies
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, or account management in a data-centric solutions environment
Experience dealing with enterprise business clients in; Real Estate, Building Management, and/or Facilities Operations
Experience managing multiple projects at once whilst working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel
Preferred
Exposure to BMS/Controls preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
