Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting schedules
Assist with external financial reports and disclosures in accordance with GAAP
Support quarterly and annual reporting packages and variance analysis
Coordinate and support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests
Prepare annual financial statements and disclosures required for audits
Research and analyze complex accounting transactions and recommend appropriate accounting treatments
Maintain documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to gather and validate reporting data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
CPA preferred, not required
