Responsibilities

Analyze lab asset data across multiple databases to identify performance gaps and cost optimization opportunities
Ensure CMMS (Maximo) data alignment between company and service providers
Develop automated dashboards and reports to support recurring business decisions
Support asset lifecycle cost analysis and optimization of preventive maintenance frequencies
Partner cross-functionally to validate trends, financials, and operational insights
Support program expansion efforts by adapting analytics and workflows to site-specific needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Scientific discipline
4+ years of experience in data analytics, business process analysis, or reporting

Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance data extraction and analysis
