Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact
Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market
Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments
Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities
Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory
Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders
Think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset
Confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision
Collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture
Comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance
Reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed)

Preferred

A bachelor's degree
Experience in hospitality or corporate housing
