Entry, Mid, Senior LevelLSU Department of Marketing is seeking candidates for an open rank tenure-track position in Marketing. The successful candidate will perform scholarly research, teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and provide service to the university and the profession.

Teach undergraduate and / or graduate level classes in the Department of Marketing
Perform scholarly research with the expectation of publication in top marketing journals; serve on dissertation committees; provide service to the University and to the profession
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (Assistant Professor applicants must have degree completed by August 15, 2026)
We are particularly interested in scholars with research and teaching interests in professional sales and sales management
Assistant Professor: Applicants must have a PhD in Marketing or related field; ABD candidates considered but degree must be conferred by 08/14/2026
Associate Professor: Applicants must have a PhD in Marketing or related field and hold the title of Assistant or Associate Professor at another university
Full Professor: Applicants must possess a PhD in Marketing or related field and hold the title of Associate Professor or Full Professor at another university
Associate Professor and Full Professor with tenure will be considered for the Ourso Distinguished Chair in Marketing
