Events and Sales Assistant
Think Tell Junction is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events and Sales Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support events and sales initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences.
Public Relations & Communications
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and transportation for events
Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations for client meetings
Maintain and update event schedules, budgets, and guest lists to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed
Help develop marketing strategies to promote events and drive ticket sales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in event planning or sales support, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
