Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support organizational planning
Oversee mergers and acquisitions, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations
Conduct accounting and bookkeeping tasks, dedicating 10-15 hours per week to these activities
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes efficiently
Implement job costing strategies to monitor and control project expenses
Monitor treasury functions to optimize cash flow and financial performance
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining compliance
Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or related roles
Proven expertise in bookkeeping and accounting processes
Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis
Advanced skills in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning
Familiarity with treasury management and optimizing cash flow
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
