Responsibilities
Build end-to-end AI solutions using foundation models (OpenAI, Gemini) with RAG, agents, and multi-call orchestration
Develop ML pipelines for experimentation, fine-tuning, and production deployment at scale
Drive architecture decisions and technical direction across AI/ML systems
Mentor engineers and data scientists across the organization
Turn complex healthcare data into intelligent workflows and personalized care experiences
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a full-stack SWE with a strong back-end lean or as an ML Engineer with experience building AI/ML products end-to-end
Have built AI applications with foundation models and orchestration (RAG, agents, LLMs, vector search)
Experience in at least one of the following AI product areas: Chatbots, Recommendation Engines or other GenAI applications
Python fluency plus backend skills in Go, Java, or similar
Bachelor's degree in CS, or Math, Physics, or related engineering field
Comfortable working autonomously with little direction/support
