Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Plan and execute projects for R&D and product implementation; manage budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Sales Integration: Support outside sales by tracking orders, resolving customer issues, and identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Supply Chain Coordination: Liaison with procurement, production, and shipping to ensure materials are fabricated and delivered per contractor specifications
Estimation & Procurement: Perform take-offs, provide product pricing, and manage inventory levels necessary to fulfill active project requirements
Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to team members based on expertise and manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to conduct cost analysis and project budgeting
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time-management skills
Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
Preferred
Background in Industrial Distribution or the Water/Wastewater industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Distribution
PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certifications are a significant advantage
