Responsibilities
Lead Oracle EBS Payroll and HCM data extraction and conversion activities
Extract and transform payroll data including:
Federal income tax
Taxable wages
Earnings, deductions, and related payroll elements
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for payroll and HR data
Build and support integrations using:
Fast Formula
ADF
HDL, FBL, SHDL
Standard and custom interfaces
Workflow Builder
Design and execute SQL and PL/SQL programs for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
Support third-party payroll integrations such as ADP, UKG, or similar systems
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance during conversions
Automate conversion and extraction processes where possible
Provide technical leadership and guidance during payroll migration activities
Collaborate with functional, HR, and third-party vendor teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Apps Technical Consultant
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Payroll and HCM
Proven experience with payroll data conversions and integrations
Federal income tax, taxable wages, and payroll elements
HCM Extracts
Fast Formula
ADF
HDL, FBL, SHDL
Interfaces and Workflow Builder
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party payroll providers (ADP, UKG, or similar)
Ability to work independently and own end-to-end technical delivery
Preferred
Experience leading payroll or HCM conversion initiatives
Strong understanding of payroll data sensitivity and compliance
Prior experience in complex, high-volume payroll environments
