Responsibilities

Define the product goal and strategy for the custom agents
Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing short­ and long­-term goals and investments to scale globally
Own cross-functional product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch, collaborating with multiple internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving product and delivering success
Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with customers to understand their communication strategies, pain points and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI or ML)

Preferred

7 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role
Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goal, defining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and leading design discussions
Experience with User Experience (UX)
Experience with the latest and greatest AI tools
