Finance Process and Transformation Manager

Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across Finance Operations processes (R2R, O2C, P2P)
Identify and solve complex Finance Operations issues, including:
Reporting inaccuracies
Process breakdowns impacting financial statements
Analyze the root cause and financial statement impact of operational issues and inefficiencies
Lead initiatives to improve or redesign Finance processes with a strong focus on:
Accuracy and data integrity
Controls and risk mitigation
Audit and compliance readiness
Lead new process implementations for Strategic Business projects from a Finance Operations and Accounting perspective
Review and strengthen end to end controls, ensuring issues are addressed structurally and sustainably to end controls
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying basic Lean or problem solving tools where applicable solving tools
Contribute to Finance transformation projects by bringing practical operational and accounting insight, ensuring solutions are realistic and controllable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
7–10+ years of hands on experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, or related roles
Strong practical knowledge of R2R, O2C, and/or P2P, with clear understanding of upstream and downstream impacts
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Demonstrated experience addressing Finance Operations issues affecting reporting accuracy and controls
Ability to translate operational issues into financial, risk, and reporting implications
Experience working with SOX related processes is a strong advantage
Strong problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with basic Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology is preferred
Experience in ecommerce, fintech, or similar fast paced operational environments is highly preferred
