Responsibilities
Provide consultation to consumers, family members and other professionals regarding Social Security work incentives
Analyze regulations and statutes and determine how they can be applied on behalf of individuals with disabilities
Provide linkage to Social Security Administration and Job and Family Services offices as needed
Document and maintain all required paperwork within required timeframes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of AA/BA required; CWIC certification a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services
Valid driver's license and insurance
Preferred
Experience with SPMI and/or SUD population preferred
