Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for families seeking services
Complete initial client intakes and data entry with accuracy and care in MyCase
Provide clear information about MARCH services and next steps
Coordinate intake information with program and services staff
Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies related to client data
Assist with payroll processing in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations via ADP
Track employee time off (PTO) and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Support basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (QBO) following established internal controls
Assist with invoice tracking, expense documentation, and financial record organization
Support preparation of documentation for audits, grants, and reporting requirements
Coordinate with leadership, fiscal partners, and/or external accountants as needed

Required

Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with organizational policies
Proficiency with basic office technology and cloud-based data systems
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures

Preferred

Experience working in a nonprofit or human services setting
Familiarity with client intake processes and data management
Basic experience with ADP, QuickBooks Online, and MyCase
Understanding of compliance, documentation, and internal control practices
