Assist in document review and organization
Prepare privilege logs
Preform fact research in Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis
Assist with depositions
Digest deposition transcripts
Cite checking, blue booking, shepardizing, fact checking, exhibit preparation and proof-reading of briefs, court filings and other documents
Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions
Records summarization
Prepare subpoenas
Case maintenance: organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archiving
Review court dockets in PACER and state court sites
Document and presentation preparation, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Nuance PDF and other software
Assist with scanning projects
Assist with general office administration

Required
