Serve as a leading voice for product management within NGA's software ecosystem
Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to mission outcomes
Translate user and mission needs into prioritized product backlogs
Partner closely with engineering, design, and government stakeholders to deliver usable, high-impact software
Influence organizational culture by embedding modern product management practices and principles
Help shift teams from schedule-driven execution to value and outcome-driven delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong background in product management with multiple product roles in industry
Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and make decisive product calls
Experience operating in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments
Clear point of view on what good product management looks like and the confidence to advocate for it
Interest in applying commercial best practices to national security and defense missions
Preferred
TS/SCI clearance holder
