Workforce Management Analyst
Quest Financial is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to join their team for a contract role. The candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, capacity modeling, and building end-to-end models to optimize staffing needs and ensure service level adherence.

Responsibilities
Workforce planning & capacity modeling
Compare FTE headcount vs. hours worked vs. demand
Model staffing needs against volume forecasts
Use of Power BI (advanced)
Build end-to-end models (data ingestion → transformation → visualization)
DAX measures for utilization, productivity, SLA adherence, overtime, etc
Demand-based scheduling
Modeled peak vs. dip periods
Scenario planning (“What happens if volume increases 15%?”)
SLA-driven prioritization
Layer SLAs into staffing models
Tie service levels to cost and labor mix
Used models to influence hiring, redeployment, or cost controls
Qualification
Required
Power BI (required)
Excel (advanced modeling, not just pivots)
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
SQL (strongly preferred)
Experience integrating: Time & attendance data
Volume/forecast data
