Responsibilities
Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within Teamcenter
Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and then translate those requirements into Teamcenter functionality. In addition, collaborate with technical architects to ensure that the Teamcenter solutions are technically feasible and scalable
Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions; designing solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
Qualification
Required
Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
7+ years of PLM, Product Development and/or Manufacturing Experience
5+ years experience implementing Siemens Teamcenter PLM technology solutions (solution design, install, configuration, setup, and upgrades)
Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital implementations within Teamcenter PLM
Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
5+ years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model
Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
Experience in project delivery
Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill or Dassault
Master's degree
