Communicate clearly with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle issues and service recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards and company policies
Stay current with manufacturer service bulletins and technical updates
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Nissan or similar vehicles
ASE certification or equivalent technical training is a plus
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation to Oak Ridge, TN
