Responsibilities
Build HeatSpring CORE training programs from the ground up, covering electrician, craft labor, plumbing, equipment operator, project manager, construction supervisor, and engineering fundamentals
Create engaging video content and interactive learning materials within the HeatSpring LMS
Update and refine existing educational resources based on industry evolution and student feedback
Serve as the primary instructor for HeatSpring CORE online courses
Teach live and recorded sessions, bringing real-world experience into every lesson
Guide students through practical skills that prepare them for success in the field
Deliver programs that develop the next generation of industry leaders
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience across multiple construction trades
Currently teach or train others (formally or informally) and receive positive feedback
Ability to break down complex technical concepts into digestible, actionable steps
Comfortable on camera and creating digital learning experiences
Vision for how entry-level trades education should work
Ability to structure work around personal priorities
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Interest in either part-time or full-time commitment
