Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, fostering growth and efficient operations
Enhance invoice processing through process improvements and automation
Resolve discrepancies and collaborate across departments for accurate financial reporting
Build strong vendor relationships and manage accounts payable systems (Intacct-Sage)
Lead and participate in special projects to improve workflows and processes
Take on additional tasks to support departmental and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounts payable or similar experience, with proven leadership skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP software, and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
