Warehouse Director
ConnectUs Corporation is a rapidly growing leader in mobility solutions for enterprise and government clients. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a technology-driven facility and enjoys managing customized, value-added service workflows.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily workflows for device configuration, imaging, kitting, and staging, ensuring every order meets client-specific technical standards
Manage and mentor a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Maintain 100% inventory integrity using WMS and ERP platforms (NetSuite/OrderTime) and leverage data to identify throughput bottlenecks
Plan labor and resources to meet fluctuating demands while maintaining strict adherence to client Service Level Agreements
Document SOPs and implement process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) to maximize efficiency and minimize error rates
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure operations are perfectly aligned with our 'customer-first' mission
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years in a warehouse or logistics leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, or Manager)
Proven track record of managing a diverse team (usually 10+ people) in a high-urgency, fast-paced setting
Advanced experience using inventory and management platforms
Comfort with barcode/RF scanning technologies and hardware-related software
Ability to generate and interpret reports/dashboards to monitor KPIs like error rates, units processed, and throughput
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows
A 'customer-first' mindset with the ability to meet strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) deadlines
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams
High School Diploma or GED required
Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy assets/packages as needed (typically up to 50–75 lbs)
Preferred
Experience with tech kitting or device staging is a major plus
NetSuite or OrderTime are specifically preferred
Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms is a significant advantage given the company's focus on mobile device lifecycles
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is strongly preferred
