Responsibilities

Provide advanced desktop support, resolving technical issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot audio and video problems, including Teams call functionality
Manage and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring proper functionality and user access
Utilize ticketing systems to track, document, and resolve support requests efficiently
Configure and deploy hardware and software for Windows desktops, Mac computers, and mobile devices
Maintain and support Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads, ensuring seamless operation
Address network-related issues and assist with Cisco and Citrix technologies as needed
Perform system updates, installations, and configuration management to optimize performance
Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve overall IT service delivery
Provide guidance and training to end-users on proper equipment usage and software functionality

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and configuration management
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows desktops, Microsoft Office applications, and audio-visual systems
Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests
Familiarity with hardware and software deployments for various devices, including Apple and Android
Understanding of Cisco and Citrix technologies for network and system support
Ability to work with both Mac and Windows operating systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with end-users
