Assessing and strengthening operational controls
Assessing external vendors and contracts to ensure operational excellence
Evaluating and improving SOPs (both operational and programmatic)
Reevaluating operational software, systems, and CRM tools for efficiency and optimization
Partnering on operational alignment and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in assessing and strengthening operational controls
Experience in assessing external vendors and contracts to ensure operational excellence
Experience in evaluating and improving SOPs (both operational and programmatic)
Experience in reevaluating operational software, systems, and CRM tools for efficiency and optimization
Ability to partner on operational alignment and efficiency
Hands-on and practical approach to implementing operational repairs
Experience helping nonprofits achieve real improvement and follow-through
