CenoBots is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to manage and expand relationships with enterprise and multi-location customers in the commercial cleaning industry. The role involves owning key accounts, driving account growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide value-driven solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of key and enterprise-level accounts
Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers across operations, facilities, procurement, and finance
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers
Identify expansion opportunities across multiple locations, regions, or business units
Drive renewals, upsells, and long-term agreements
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives
Understand customer cleaning, labor, and operational challenges
Position intelligent / commercial cleaning solutions as value-driven investments
Present ROI-based proposals focusing on efficiency, consistency, and cost optimization
Work closely with service, operations, product, and implementation teams
Support pilots, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept programs
Provide structured customer feedback to internal stakeholders

Required

5+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience
Proven success managing large or strategic customer accounts

Experience in commercial cleaning equipment, intelligent cleaning solutions, robotics, or facilities-related industries
Existing customer network or relationships in: BSC (Building Service Contractors), Commercial cleaning companies, Large facility operators or multi-site enterprises
Familiarity with enterprise procurement and multi-location rollouts
