Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and performance objectives for internal manufacturing operations
Provide enterprise-level leadership for manufacturing strategy, capacity planning, and operational readiness
Develop long-range strategies for equipment, technology, and process engineering to enable scalable and robust operations
Ensure consistent, proactive GMP compliance and sustained inspection readiness across all internal manufacturing sites
Lead operational excellence initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and KPI-driven performance management
Oversee organizational scale-up initiatives, including multi-shift expansion and future-state workforce planning
Drive strong cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Quality, External Manufacturing, and Commercial teams
Build, mentor, and develop manufacturing leadership to support organizational growth and succession planning
Provide executive oversight of operating budgets, capital planning, and strategic resource investments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing commercial manufacturing
Deep knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Demonstrated success leading manufacturing operations
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence certifications
