4+ years expFarma International is a small company based in the Miami area seeking a Bilingual Staff Accountant (English/Spanish) with 4–5 years of hands-on accounting experience. This role is responsible for daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities, vendor payments, account reconciliations, payroll processing, and HR operational and administrative activities.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate general ledger accounting and prepare journal entries in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Process vendor payments and ensure proper documentation, coding, and approval
Maintain regular communication with vendors to address payment questions and resolve discrepancies
Perform monthly credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
Assist with month‑end close , including account analysis, supporting schedules
Prepare financial data and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel
Process payroll using ADP in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures
Handle HR operational and administrative activities , including employee records and coordination with payroll and benefits providers
Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
Assist with audit requests and special accounting projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a small or mid‑size company
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong experience with accounts payable & vendor payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger accounting
Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, formulas, lookups)
Experience processing payroll
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
