Responsibilities
Process, post, and reconcile electronic payments, credit card transactions, and manual payment batches
Research patient reimbursements and apply adjustments accurately
Prepare and process departmental and bank deposits
Perform daily reconciliation of financial activity and maintain detailed records in Excel
Review posting and deposit discrepancies, resolving issues with internal teams
Apply non-patient checks to the General Ledger (e.g., cafeteria, gift shop)
Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred
Proficiency in Windows-based systems, Excel, and basic accounting procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
2+ years of experience in banking, patient accounts, or reimbursement preferred
