Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support
Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments
Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality

Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required; some experience in office or customer service preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and computer skills
