Support PMO initiatives by developing and improving project tools, processes, and reporting
Analyze data to support project planning, execution, and performance tracking
Assist with application development and automation efforts
Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to promote best practices and governance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across PMO operations
Provide analytical and administrative support for program and project activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong commitment to safety and professional integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in Project Management and/or Construction Management
Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive with strong time‑management skills
Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
