They are currently looking to fill the position of Sr. ABB Robot Programmer to work with Engineers and System Design & Integration Team to program and integrate ABB, Fanuc, and Kuka Robots.

Responsibilities
Manually Program ABB IRC5 Robots (Fanuc Robot Programming experience is a Plus)
Perform tests on robots such as ABB, Fanuc, Kuka to ensure Robots are running programs according to plan
Be able to modify PLC programs and ladder logic in Automation Direct, Allen Bradley, Siemens, and others
Integrate vision system
Troubleshoot existing automation, robots, vision systems, and controllers to develop creative solutions
Perform automation equipment testing to ensure commissioned equipment meets the requirements
This position requires 20% onsite travel
Be able to Create Programs in ABB Robot Studio
Maintain documentation of program/process changes
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or High School degree, Robotics / Automation experience
Minimum 10 years ABB IRC5 Robot manual Programming experience and some Motion Control, PLCs, Programming, Vision, and implementation
Basic understanding of Pneumatics, Electrical and Mechanical Assembly
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Flexible and be able to work individually and with different teams, meet the timelines
Preferred
Fanuc Robot Programming experience
Some Experience in HMI Programming, Allen Bradley, Automation Direct and/or Siemens
